My sleeping hours are bad?

So I woke up this morning because my dad entered my room, we started talking about a specific fail and before he leaves he askes;

“Why is your eye so red?”  Then I reply, “idk cause I just woke up as you entered the room”

He remarks “Your sleeping hours are terriable you should get more sleep”

I’m like “O.o”
