Adobe’s Shantanu Narayen has confirmed that the Adobe and Apple Flash war is over
At the D9 conference, Narayen pointed out that Apple’s shunning of Flash has more to do with Apple’s “business model” and less to do with the quality of Flash; in specifics, he said, “It’s control over the app store that’s at issue here.”
Developers also have the option to use the Adobe AIR platform to get their products on the App Store without issues – this effectively produces a bridge between the two platforms.
