According to Gamasutra, Sony announced that the Playstation Store was suppose to go live on May 24th with a bi-weekly update of the Store to compensate for the loss of time; such events have not taken place.
PSN content manager Jack Osorno wrote to developer partners saying, “If there are concerns, we are willing to consider adjusting the release date of your content on this schedule. Adjustments will be made on a case by case basis.”
PSN Asian ‘Welcome Back’ package
A press release posted on Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. outlines the ‘phased’ restoration of PSN and Qriocity services in Japan and other Asian territories (excluding Korea & Hong Kong)
The services for restoration include; Playstation Home, online play and PSN sign-in.
PSN Asia will receive it’s own lineup of PS3 and PSP games:
